Preamble
General conditions of the website of the company Sicuriservice s.a.s. di Giannetto Joseph & C., owner of the SkyDriver brand (hereinafter SkyDriver Milano).
Object of the service
Car rental with driver.
Fleet available
BMW, Mercedes and similar cars; all the vehicles used comply with the regulations in force in terms of municipal authorisations for the chauffeur rental service and are covered by regular third-party liability insurance (R.C.A.). SkyDriver Milano is committed to keeping the cars in perfect efficiency and maintenance conditions.
Drivers
All the drivers employed in the services hold a driving licence for the transport of persons, type “KB” qualification, and are duly registered in the role of drivers of non-scheduled public services.
Reservations
All reservations are made via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp or management system and will be considered valid upon confirmation by SkyDriver Milano (in written form). All availabilities granted in forms other than these are to be considered exclusively as availability information and do not in any way constitute confirmation of the services requested. All rates are inclusive of: fuel, driver's meal, motorway tolls in Italy. The following are not included in the rates: VAT (10%), motorway tolls abroad, costs for ferries and tunnels, parking, hotels.
Cancellation of the agreed service
The cancellation of the agreed service must be made by the Customer via telephone and e-mail/WhatsApp. The cancellation does not involve any charge if made within 12 hours before the rental service (except where a time period greater than 4 hours is required to reach the guest's pick-up point: in this case the full amount will be charged); with shorter notice or in case of no-show by the customer, the full amount will be charged. The cancellation of the service requested for pick-up at the airport or station does not involve any charge if made within 12 hours before the rental service; if the cancellation occurs while the pick-up service is being carried out, the cost will be charged in full. Services requiring a vehicle other than a car (mini-van, bus, etc.) may be cancelled, but the full agreed cost of the service will be charged.
Liability
SkyDriver Milano is not responsible for any loss of transported objects. The transported person, at the end of the service, is required to check the car for any personal belongings. SkyDriver Milano shall reimburse the Customer for physical damage caused as well as for damage caused to the objects transported when such damage is caused by the gross negligence of SkyDriver Milano. SkyDriver Milano reserves the right to cancel reservations which, for reasons of force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strikes and trade union unrest, unavoidable impediments or any other cause not attributable to SkyDriver Milano), cannot be carried out within the agreed times or terms, undertaking to give prompt notice thereof and at no cost to the company.
Subcontracting
SkyDriver Milano reserves the right to make use of external collaborators for the execution of the Services. SkyDriver Milano declares and guarantees that its drivers and external collaborators are selected in such a way as to satisfy the high quality level that must be provided to the Customer, and undertakes to ensure that they wear appropriate elegant attire.
Insurance
SkyDriver Milano will be covered by insurance for its cars and drivers, as well as for Civil Liability and damage to third parties.
